"This is what my pillow is like....I bought it at Walgreen's. It is filled with micro beads. I tried it laying down and it was a little thick so I took some of the beads out. I have neck problems due to a rear end accident which put me in the hospital for 5 days. I used it for my surgery, put the 'legs' up along my face so I couldn't turn my head. What I did do during my sleep, is that I took the patch off my eye. Did that for 3 days and then never put it on at night again. I would find it on the night stand so I know it didn't just come off. "
